Mustafa has implemented both simple and complex estate planning, as the situation may require, including assisting families with estate planning involving disabled individuals. Mustafa has particular knowledge of trusts of all kinds, including testamentary, inter vivos, alter ego and discretionary trusts as well as Wills, Powers of Attorney and Health Care Representation Agreements. Mustafa regularly assists clients with obtaining grants of probate and letters of administration.
Residential Real Estate
Mustafa has acted for individuals, families and investors in their purchase, sale and refinancing of residential real estate. In addition, Mustafa regularly advises clients on issues regarding their property, including easements, statutory rights of way and restrictive covenants.
