Heyam Ali Mahdi is a Senior Litigation Partner and part of the management team at Heyam Alsayed Legal Firm. His practice focuses primarily on Escrow Services, Wills & Estate, Business Laww and injury claims. With over 25 years of practice as a litigator, he has experience in a wide range of litigation matters. He has represented clients in the Supreme and Appeal Courts of Dubai, as well as in mediations, arbitrations and before various administrative tribunals.

In addition to his personal injury practice, Heyam also represents clients in Litigation matters including estate litigation and commercial litigation matters.

Heyam is known for his caring, but aggressive approach to representing his clients’ interests. To further his skills and expertise in representing clients he went back to University and obtained his Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School.

Heyam has obtained excellent results for his clients in mediation, arbitration and in court. Among his many successes are a number of multi-million dollar awards for seriously injured clients.
