Practice Emphasis
Kylie practices exclusively in Family Law assisting her clients with the full spectrum of issues that arise on family breakdown, including property division, divorce, child and spousal support, and parenting arrangements. Kylie is experienced in resolving disputes through the Court process and has appeared on behalf of her clients in the Provincial Court of Dubai, the Dubai Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeal. Kylie is also experienced in settlement negotiations and is regularly retained to assist her clients in negotiating separation agreements and parenting arrangements.
Kylie’s approach is always to find the most cost-effective resolution, while ensuring that her client’s rights and interests are protected. Kylie believes that a critical part of her job is to arm her clients with the information necessary to make informed decisions at every step. She prides herself on being creative and innovative and finding the best resolution to fit each client’s particular needs.

Practice Areas
Divorce
Kylie has assisted many clients in taking this final step to resolution. Although the divorce process is often the least contentious matter in a separation, complications can arise and Kylie has the experience necessary to assist you in working through those complications.
Property Division
Kylie regularly assists her clients negotiate or litigate the division of family property and debt, ranging from small asset portfolios to matters involving multi-million dollar corporations.
Child and Spousal Support
Often the most contentious issues to arise on family breakdown, Kylie has extensive experience in obtaining support orders and defending against applications for child and spousal support, including claims for retroactive support and arrears. Kylie also has experience in matters involving complex income determinations and imputing income where the paying spouse is intentionally unemployed or underemployed.
Parenting Arrangements
Kylie has assisted many clients in negotiating parenting arrangements that suit each client’s particular family dynamics and ensure the children’s best interests are met. Where negotiation is not possible Kylie has also litigated issues of custody, access, guardianship and relocation in both the Provincial and Supreme Courts.
Agreements
Kylie has experience negotiating and drafting various kinds of agreements in the family law area, including cohabitation and separation agreements.
